The team members who work together in the GOAL project come from different institutions: ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU), University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW), Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) and University of Teacher Education Fribourg (HEP | PH FR).
PhD in History (2016) at the Universities of Konstanz (Germany) and Complutense (Spain).
Between 2017 and July 2021 he was postdoctoral researcher and teaching assistant at the University of Bern.
Since May 2021 Enrique Corredera works at the ZHAW’s University Library. He is part of the Research & Infrastructure Area, where he focuses on Open Science topics.
Since January 2022 Dr Corredera is the project coordinator for GOAL.
Elena's professional and academic background is in Library and Information Sciences. She has largely built her career working on various issues related to Open Science.
Elena completed her PhD thesis in Science and Technology Studies at the University of Vienna, where she examined the expectations attached to the proposed Open Access transition in academic publishing.
As head of Research & Infrastructure area at the ZHAW university library she oversees the overall progress of the GOAL project.
Cornelia Brunner holds a degree in German and Spanish language and literature of the University of Zurich. After completing her degree, she worked as a language teacher.
Through further education in information science, she sought her way into the world of libraries and archives. She has been working in the ZHAW University Library since 2022, focusing on the digital Open Access repository.
Clemens received his doctorate in Environmental Engineering (Dr. nat. techn.) from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna.
In his academic career, he worked in research projects in aquatic ecology in Austria and Switzerland (eawag, Kastanienbaum).
Since 2019 Clemens works as specialist librarian at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences, School of Engineering & Architecture to advise and train researchers in scientific publishing, Open Access, and in research data management. He also fills a coordinating role for research data management between all libraries at HSLU.
Simone studied Jewish and Islamic Studies at Lucerne, Basel and Jerusalem; after having received her doctorate in Jewish Studies she worked at the chair of Judaistik at the University of Lucerne.
Since 2003 she is Subject Librarian at the Central and University Library Lucerne (ZHB Luzern), since 2015 she is responsible for Open Access at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and since 2019 she is head of the E-Science Departement at Central and University Library Lucerne.
Alongside she is a lecturer at the University of Lucerne and at the University of Berne.
Martina studied Contemporary Arts Practice at Bern University of the Arts and graduated with a Master's degree in 2016.
Since 2011 Martina works at the Art and Design Library of the Lucerne School of Art and Design. Since 2021 she also works at the Central and University Library in the Open Science Team - Rights Clearance (Green Open Access) for the Lucerne Open Access Repository (LORY).
Martina also works as an artist. She Creates sound compositions, installations and performs live in various contexts. From 2019-2023 she was member of the research project "Seeking Birdscapes", a project of the Lucerne School of Music and Lucerne School of Art and Design.
Stefanie Dietiker

Stefanie Dietiker studied Information Science at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons (FHGR). Between 2015 and 2018, she worked at the Library of ETH Zurich on the development and support of the repository “Research Collection” and was, among other things, also the deputy contact person for questions regarding open access publishing. Since 2021, Stefanie has been working at the ZHB Luzern at the location “HSLU Wirtschaft”.
Sebastian Preher

Sebastian got his bachelor’s degree in information science from the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons (FHGR). Since 2019 he has been working at the central and university library Lucerne (ZHB) in acquisitions. Since 2020 he also works as part of their E-Science team in rights clearance for the Lucerne Open Access Repository (LORY).
Valérie Andres studied Eastern European History and Russian Language and Literature.
After completing her studies she worked as a picture editor at KEYSTONE as well as in images archives (Image Archive of Ringier / Image Archive of ETH Zürich).
Since 2016 she works at the library of the University of Applied Sciences in Muttenz. Since 2019 she is part of the leadership team and focuses on Open Access.
Julia Flieg studied Information Science at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons (FHGR).
Since 2019 she works at the Media and Information Center at the Zurich University of the Arts for the service Open Access and is mainly responsible for the implementation of Green Open Access.
Hélène Reymermier studied Information Science at the HEG in Geneva, where she completed her master’s degree in 2018.
Since 2019, she is a science librarian at the HEP Fribourg (HEP | PH FR).
Currently, she is responsible for online resources and Open Science, likewise she manages various projects in these areas.
